Our MOQ is 300pcs per model. If less than MOQ, price will be 5% higher.
3. What is your payment terms?
Our traditional terms is to pay 30% deposit before mass production, and 70% balance payment before shipment.
4. What is your delivery time?
After receiving 30% deposit and all production information, it takes about 30-40 working days. It depends on the quantity and requirement.
5. How can I get samples?
Please tell me the model and details. Samples fee is charged based on your requirement. And shipping cost is paid by buyer.
6. Could I place a trial order before bulk purchase?
Yes, it's no problem. A test order is also welcomed.
7. Could you make the mold based on our 3D file?
Yes, we offer mold making service. You could send us your 3D file or rough drawing, then we will make a helmet prototype for your confirmation. After everything is confirmed, we will move on mold making, which takes about 40 days.

Our warranty is one year. Before delivery, we will check out every single helmet carefully. Please keep us informed if there is quality problem.
